Le Anne Barclay-Platenburg is an Assistant Teaching Professor, teaching undergraduate students Information Technology and Informatics courses. Barclay-Platenburg obtained her doctoral degree from Walden University, her master’s degree from NYU, and her undergraduate degrees from Long Island University. She also holds a CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) certification, and a CDPSE (Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer) certification from ISACA. Her research interests include IT Risk Management, IT Governance, IT Compliance, Data Privacy, and Ethics Risk Management.
