Nick Krabbenhoft fosters digital asset management as a practitioner, manager, and educator in the field of digital preservation. In his current role, he stewards one of the largest digital cultural heritage collections in the United States. There, he has lead the implementation of core software, built collaborative teams, and guided workflow improvement from documentation initiatives to petabyte-scale data transfers. He has also designed and taught a number of classes and workshops at institutions like NYU, the Pratt Institute, Rutgers University, and AMIA.

Krabbenhoft's focus is on the creation of sustainable ecosystems of staff, technology, and processes to receive, manage, and provide access to digital assets in ways that support both immediate needs and long-term requirements.
