Emma May is a Ph.D. student in Library and Information Science. Their research uses feminist approaches to examine the ways in which individuals engage with, create, and understand information systems. More specifically, expects to research how activists’ technologically-mediated movement-building practices reveal the limits of hegemonic feminism and neoliberal discourses of individuality.
