The Kappa Tau Alpha (KTA) Spring Dinner was held in the Livingston Dining Commons in early May. The dinner serves as a spring business meeting for the honor society. Professor Juan Gonzalez gave a rousing speech that touched on the roles of technology, truth, and integrity in journalism and the importance of covering the issues and stories that often go uncovered.

Kappa Tau Alpha is the undergraduate Journalism and Media Studies (JMS) honor society. Membership must be earned by excellence in academic work and is open to seniors in the top 10% of the class.
