Jesse Scinto is a Ph.D. student in Organizational Communication. He’s also deputy director of Columbia University’s Strategic Communication program, where he teaches leadership communication and critical conversations. Jesse’s research focuses on the diffusion of responsibility within organizations and how the channeling of decisions helps organizations remain resilient. He was a 2018 Fulbright Scholar to Bulgaria
