The JMS program consists of 33 credits for the major plus an interdisciplinary requirement for all SC&I majors.

Rutgers SC&I ITI majors who have completed 90 credits may apply to earn an ITI bachelor’s degree and Master of Information (MI) degree in five years of continuous study.

ITI Independent Study provides the framework for you to design, negotiate and manage a learning program of approximately 150 hours based on your experience, knowledge and work intentions.

The Department of Library and Information Science at SC&I offers an undergraduate major in Information Technology and Informatics (ITI). The program consists of 39 credits.
